Modern Hair & Beauty is selling essential hair care and skin care products online! Lockdown has been brutal on all of us, but it doesn’t have to be on our hair or skin. You can buy your professional hair and skin care in a few easy steps, at home, without worrying about unnecessary contact.
What are essential products
Essential products or goods are those items that we need for survival and hygiene. Food, water, cleansing products like soaps and shampoos. Considering this MHB Online has been permitted to sell items on our website that fall under hygiene products. These are shampoos, conditioners, hair masks and skin care products.
Order online
You can go straight to our shop and browse products according to brand, product type, hair or skin concern.
Add the products you’d like to purchase in your cart by clicking on Add to Basket. Then once you’re done shopping, go to Check-out and apply the discount code Essentials20.
Note that you can place an order for non-essential goods together with your essentials. However, the discount will only apply to the essential items in your basket. And during the lockdown period, we will only dispatch the essentials to you. Remember if you order is over R500,delivery is free!
Once you’ve entered your contact and delivery details for the order, you have the option to choose a salon. We would like to encourage you to take the time to make this selection. Our system allows us to share a percentage of each sale with our salons. So, during the lockdown period this is an opportunity to support your salon.
Order Packing & Courier
All orders are processes remotely and one person has been designated to pack the order. The proper hygiene and sanitisation precautions will be taken. Also, note that our courier has ensure that all their vehicles have been supplied with disposable alcohol based sanitary wipes, and continuously educate their staff on the proper hygiene and contact protocols as established by the South African Government.
Drivers have also been instructed that, upon arrival you are offered the option to wipe the courier’s mobile and/or stylus in order to “sign on glass”.
Delivery Fee
Our standard delivery fee is R85 across South Africa and free for purchases over R500. Please note that the delivery fee will be applied to non-essential shipments under R500 after lockdown.
Non-essential items
We’re still taking orders for all non-essential goods such as hair straighteners, styling products, and men’s styling & grooming. However, these products will only be dispatched and delivered once the national lockdown has been lifted.
