The Modern Hair & Beauty is passionate about community causes, especially those that support women and children.

It’s our desire to continuously and consistently take an interest in social issues and conduct our business in an ethical manner with sensitivity toward cultural, economic, and environmental issues.

In June 2018, Modern Hair & Beauty became a financial contributor to Tehillah Community Collaborative in Elsies River. The registered NGO was established in 1996 as a community collaborative and serves as a 24-hour multi-purpose centre. It aims to assist communities in areas such as Cape Town, Upington and Eden Park with social issues such as abused, homeless and battered women and children. It also operates a day care centre, soup kitchen and bakery and provides shelter for the destitute.

Tehilla allocates Modern Hair & Beauty’s financial support in accordance with their priorities. The company also donates clothing, toys and hair products to the community collaborative.
