The right to privacy is an important human right entrenched and protected by the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996. Modern Hair Products & Services (Pty) Ltd T/A Modern Hair & Beauty (“MHB”) recognises the importance of privacy and is committed to handling your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy as outlined below.

By registering and submitting your personal details on (“Site”), you indicate acceptance of MHB’s Privacy Policy and consent to the use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner outlined below. If you object to any of the potential uses described in this Privacy Policy, please do not register on the Site.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa. To the extent that a court has jurisdiction over any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy, all parties submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate South African court.

      MHB reserves the right, in its sole discretion to amend (including without limitation, by the addition of new terms and conditions) this Privacy Policy from time to time.     2. What is personal information?
      Personal information is information that identifies or relates specifically to you, including, but not exclusive to your name, age and identity number and payment records. In short, any information about you known to MHB will be regarded as your personal information.

      Unless you register on the Site, MHB will not collect your personal information.       • name and contact details such as postal address, email and contact numbers
      • financial information, including card payment details
      • information you provide if you report a problem with the Site
      • records of orders placed through the Site

      • records of entries into MHB competitions or promotions

Examples of such parties include but are not exclusive to IT support and maintenance, hosting services, marketing services, online payment services and delivery services. Third-parties are expressly forbidden to share or use such information for any other purpose than that for which it is intended.MHB may also share limited personal information with other companies within the MHB group.

      MHB is compelled to disclose personal details:
